SHARK'S TOOTH NECKLACES in either White or Fossil. Many different styles. Use this page to order individual necklaces or quantities up to 11 of the same item. Some folks have asked us what is the difference is between the black color tooth and the white tooth. The black teeth (or fossil) are recovered from rivers, lakes and seas. Sometimes they are found on land, and are 1000's of years old. They fossilize in whatever material they land in. That is what gives the variety of color. Whatever minerals or material they absorb, that helps determine the coloration. The white teeth are from sharks that have been recently caught. They are a byproduct of the fishing industry. Teeth size may vary slightly, larger or smaller. All necklaces are on 18" black cord with silver accents and a lanyard clasp.
